The media could not be loaded. The product arrive faster than expected, plus 1 star there, and without damage to the box or items inside. Assembly was also straight forward and simple. The manual and video helps without confusion. Once it was all setup test riding was extremely exciting. Performance is great and super fast, goes 25mph on all electric and 30+ with PAS lvl 5, also has nice big tires. One remark I will say is the seat is uncomfortable and manual doesn't dive to much on the buttons and how to operate it. I had to figure out how to turn on Cruise Control (hold down the plus button). Other than that, great product, great value for money. **Update** It's been a little over a month and I've noticed some parts have gotten lose. Nothing to concerned about as it stated in the manual to keep up with maintenance. I mainly commute to school and its a 0.7 mile trip. It's worth noting that the tires and tube are cheap. I had the rear tire pop after grazing the curb, but for the price of the bike, it's understandable. In all electrical mode speeds max out at 32mph on lvl 5. I've tried going the distance with it and achieved around 20 miles on all electric lvl 3. I was going approximately 18.2 mph. So it's even less distance when going full throttle. Front suspension is always bottoming out, good at absorbing the breaks but its still a very bumpy ride. Another thing i had to figure out was resetting the trip distance (hold down the "i" and minus buttons). Other than that, it's an ok bike for the price. I would suggest saving up for a better bike unless your ok with adding mods to it, which I plan on doing. I had this bike less than a month. Everything is great. I'm using it daily. Than last night the back tire exploded while riding. No it was a normal flat tire or nail in it. This tire exploded from the side wall. I keep trying to upload the picture but it won't let me. I contacted costumer service who informed me my return window ended. Which is fine I wanna keep the bike. I was just expecting some sort of help getting a replacement tire. Which I was denied. So if your looking at this review to help you buy this bike. DONT BUY IT! IF SOMETHING HAPPENS THERES NO HELP! ... show more
