Love the size of the bike it's smooth but heavy, but how can you ever ride when it takes 20 days to try and maneuver the battery back in place. See photos it never fits it's so frustrating.

We rec’d the bikes, husband put them together. One bike-great no problems. Second bike the bar that holds the peddle is bent and scrapes the chain guard and takes the chain off. I called customer service on Saturday the 23rd. CS person had no clue and had me on hold for over 10 minutes. So then I hung up! No one bothered to even call me back! I even have pics but no one wants to see them I guess! Soo I talked to someone at Amazon on Monday and the guy I spoke with knew exactly what to do to help get my issue resolved. I sent them pics and they forwarded them to the store and they are taking care of it! Yay! ... show more

The current description is not of the item. This item is an oversized bike seat and it's comfortable. I had a previous wide seat, but the bike was left out and the seat got ripped and slowly ruined with rain. This one was a great replacement!

EDIT: I left this review for a bicycle SEAT. Now, it's attached to an e-bike. This is a dishonest attempt by the seller to accumulate good reviews for a cheap item, then use them to boost the ranking of an expensive (and possibly shoddy) item. DO NOT TRUST REVIEW RATINGS FOR ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER! Previous review: First, a caveat: I haven't actually been able to ride on this seat, because it's not the size I was expecting, and I can't make it fit with my bike and posture. This won't be an issue for you unless you have position constraints like me. This seat seems well-padded and reasonably well-constructed. The stitching at the center vent looks okay (see the second picture). The mounting rails are standard, and the taillight is securely fastened. It looks like this can be DISASSEMBLED to work on the cover or padding; I like that feature a lot. This seat is SHORTER than my others, and the net effect is that the whole seat is moved FORWARD about an inch in comparison to others. (See comparison in the first image.) That's a show-stopper for me; I ride with my present seat all the way back to avoid knee problems, and to ride with this one, I'd basically need a new bike. Again, though, I think this will NOT be a problem for most users. Seat shape and position is a very individual thing. The taillight is bright and visible, but it's powered by two non-rechargeable CR2032 batteries, which means you'll get a few hours of use and then spend a few dollars replacing them. I won't buy non-rechargeable lights any more; I'd only consider using this one as a backup if my main taillights fail. If you're looking for a soft seat, this one may work well for you. Just be sure you can live with a seat that sits an inch further forward than usual. ... show more
