  • Love wheelchair, but screws are missing
I love the wheelchair, but I have lost two screws out of it, and it is inoperable at this time. Can you help me by sending some screws for the wheelchair? It looks like the letters, MDW or HDW are imprinted on the end of the screw.

  • No storage area, which they all should have some form of one.
a big price even if it is electric. My daughter bought me a walker from Amazon for around $250 and had more little features then this one minus the electric part. love it. But admit I needed the electric one for my husband who will be needing the electric part of this. It is comfortable & I really like the fact it has a "one foot" rest for your feet and do not need to mess around with 2 more items to connect that do have a tendency to come off. Also does not have a storage area, which is important. Mine is an "Elenker" . Hosp ital personnel loved the Elenker & the price. ... show more

  • Great Chair
Bought one for my wife because I needed something lighter to put in and out of the vehicle and narrower to fit through doorways easier than the standard wheelchair. It doesn't look or feel that robust but seems to hold up pretty well. I wish the armrests were a little more rigid. Every now and then when my wife gets in or out she manages to deform the armrest. The bend right back into position easily enough. Just not sure they should bend that easily. Other than that, it took her a little while to get the hang of steering it but that's not the fault of the chair. This is a great, lightweight chair for the money and works on our bumpy lawn, gravel, and gets over most door thresholds easily. If you want it to go through a patio sliding door you will need to install ramps inside and out. The lip is just a little too high for the wheels to go over. We have only had it a few weeks, but from what I have seen so far, this is a terrific, lightweight chair for anyone looking for a little more mobility ... show more

  • Joystick Problems
I really like the way it folds and the light weight. Two problems include the joystick cover slips off. The joystick is very difficult to operate in a straight line. Speed is very touchy. The two batteries will not come off. Charging is done on the machine.

  • Terrain
The product appears to be very sturdy. However, terrain is a concern. It does not handle slopes/depressions easily.

  • Hard to steer
I bought this for long distance when I’m too tired for my walker! It’s very hard to operate with the joystick but I’m trying to learn It’s extremely sensitive and there is a delay when you turn and stopping

  • Good ride
This wheelchair has met most advertised expectations. Anti-tip back wheels do work. Fabric bag torn on seam in corner.

  • Easy to Maneuver
I bought this wheelchair after getting too down in the back to use a walker outdoors, and wanted to be able to go outdoors in the grass yard so I could view my flowers and small raised garden, even plant some in the garden. Unfortunately, this chair can't climb a small, probably 15% pitched incline to get IN the yard. I have not tried it to get in the yard, but my daughter and adult grandson have and it almost tips over when trying to get up the incline. In fact, after having used it for 4 or so months, it even wants to stall going into the garage over the raised floor area where the garage door fits down. Once when going into the garage it fell back onto the supportive wheels in back and scared me so bad as I thought it was going flip me backwards. Now I am nervous when going in and out of the garage in it. After that incident, I am also nervous going over those red raised bumps everywhere that are at the ends and sides of store sidewalks. Otherwise it is a good powered wheelchair and rides smooth on flat surfaces, is comfortable, the control module is easy to use, and it turns on a dime which is amazing to me and others that see it with me using it. For me being short in the legs, I have a bit of trouble getting out of it, especially if the surface is going up slightly in front of me, as the seat has an unnoticeable pitch backwards. That feature does make it quite comfortable, though. Since buying it, the power doesn't seem as strong as it used to be when I use it on the #2 speed setting, which is what I normally was using. To get across streets, I have to put it on the #3 setting now or it will mosey along so slow that it takes too long. I do keep it charged after using it on several outings. I highly recommend this wheelchair as it is worth the money by not spending so much for one. P.S. I have not taken a picture of it yet but it looks exactly like what you see in the picture here on Amazon. ... show more
