Very sturdy and well built bike. Absolutly no regrets at all. Very nice display, the cruise control works awesome. This dike is fast and very powerful. Breaks are great also. The headlight could be brighter but the tale light and break light are fine. The seat is a pretty good seat but I may upgrade. Rode from my house to the Santa Monica Bike Path and then rode the path from Pacific Palisades to Manhattan Beach and back. 35 miles round trip and the battery said I still had 39% left. That comes out to an estimated range of 57 miles on throttle Only. 80% of the time I was in Eco 2 cruising at 12mph on the bike path. 20 % of the time I was in Sport 3 going 20mph on flat and up hills. I’m 5’10 and I wouldn’t want to be shorter than this with the step-over model. The step-through maybe better for shorter people. Cruise control is an absolute necessity and this has it. Phone charger is great, horn is good, mirrors are more than useless. This bike is comfortable on long rides and I love standing straight up on the pedals while driving to stretch out the legs. Bike is very stable and should be at this weight. Can you get big battery range? Eco mode traveling at 12mph or less PEDAL Assisted would probably give some big numbers like 80-120 miles but that’s just my best guess. ... show more

This is my fourth electric bike, and by far the best of all of them. And it’s proven to be very dependable. I have had it for four months and have over 1000 miles on it and have had no major issues with it. The company has been extremely, easy to deal with especially in comparison with other companies, I have bought them from. The bike rides, well accelerates nicely and performs as described. Bike runs great I'm around 330lbs and the bike can get up to 29mph at max with throttle and 34.5mph with peddle assistance. My friend who is around 150lbs got up to 37.5mph with full throttle on a even road. Killed about half the battery using just a just full thing 12-18 mild. Will give update once I test thr full range on each level between full throttle and just petal assistance ... show more

I am 6'4" tall and this bike is hard for anyone 5'8" or small to get on it. This bike will go crazy fast around 35mph on flat ground. I installed mirrors on the outside end of the handle bars. Because they are useless inside mounted. The bike is hard to move without the assistance of EB side. but it still weights 93 lb bike will blow ore of the tires and make you lose control. I had to put my foot down and broke 3 of my toes .This company will not return or compensate you for any return DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!!! THIS IA EXTREMELY BAD. ... show more

This is my second e-bike and I ride this bike everyday, and I love it! This bike checked all the boxes on my want list. I can't say enough nice things about the support staff, they are friendly and responsive if you have any questions or issues.
