We ordered this before we actually had the bed so couldn't measure and just trusted the size in the description. Big mistake. The pic is a twin board on a twin bed frame. Ridiculously small, would give zero stars if I could.

    • Saved my futon, but needed airing out for a week.
This thing saved a broken sagging futon I kept in my office. I ended up turning the futon into a base for a small twin bed. This however is absolutely horrible for the first week or two of owning it to the point where I had to let it sit in a separate room with a fan blasting it. The smell of the pressed particle board and glue was just unbearable for me but after two weeks this is great. ... show more

I was expecting wood or particle board for the price but was disappointed to find that it was compressed cardboard. It's also damaged, bent and partly dented. I don't feel like the quality was worth it.

My sons have beds without boxsprings. They use futon mattresses. This has eliminated the feel of slats underneath.
