This tub has turned out to be a lot more useful than I thought it would be. The tub arrived in an even smaller package than I expected. Assembly is easy-place the rods in the appropriate places in the tub vertically and then inflate the top portion. I used a compressor to do that but the included air bellows actually works surprisingly well. Once it is built all you have to do is fill the tub up with water. I know ice baths are all the rage now, and I'm certainly prepared to try it out...as long as the water is warm (I do not know if the tub is made to withstand hot water so tepid is all I would put). The tub says it holds 106 gallons of water-it does take some time to fill it up with a garden hose. The water does not leak out of the tub. There is no great mystery to this-at its most elemental this is just a tub. When you want to drain the water there is a piece at the bottom that you open and the water flows out. For me, the main advantage of this tub is that it can be used outdoors. It is relaxing but not high enough to stand up in, unless all you want to bathe are your legs. Sitting down is okay in it for one person, but my wife and I, who weigh about a combined 330 pounds (there is no chance I will reveal how that weight breaks down between us) really cannot fit in there together. To be precise about that, we can easily both stand in the tub-it is sitting that is not really possible. I like this tub well enough for occasional use. I would certainly not consider this a must have in life but if you want one of these this is a good choice. ... show more

While I personally do not use it for cold plunging, I love using it as my own personal hot tub. The size is perfect, allowing me to comfortably relax and unwind after a long day. What's even better is that when I'm not using it, I can easily fold it away for storage until next time. The spacious design is also great for accommodating my child, providing ample room for both of us to enjoy a soothing bath together. Ive found multiple uses out of the tub. Everything from using as a hot tube by dropping in a little water heating element, to using as a clothes washer in a pinch. The vinyl is thick enough where it will not tear easily and has a valve on bottom with extendable hose for easy drainage.

The concept of this tub is really cool, I got the bigger one they have 2 sizes because I'm not a small person. It's easy to setup only took a couple minutes, I like to do the ice plunge every once in a while and I figured this would work BUT it won't, I'm to big to plunge down in it, on the other hand if you a re a small person this is what you need.
