We are into our second order of the three pack and we can’t get enough. We keep finding different things to try them on. Every time we have them my husband comments how much he loves them. These have definitely become a staple in our house. The product is definitely worth the price!

5-11-24 Update Tried the Chengdu Crunch and chipped a tooth on whatever garbage was in the jar. Seriously, IMO, avoid their products. We LOVE Chili Crisp in our household and have used it for years. My SO saw this particular brand featured on Martha Stewart's site by a guest chef. The guest chef raved about it so I bought the variety three pack. What I got was a lot of expensive oil and virtually no crunch. Trust me, if you have a decent Asian market in your area, you can do much better than this brand - for a LOT less money. The seller reached out to me and offered to replace the order. They explained that each jar is hand packed and they strive for a 50/50 mix of oil and crunch. I accepted their offer and received three replacement jars. Again, the Sichuan Chili Crisp is mostly oil, the other jars did have more "stuff" than oil. While I appreciate the replacement and give them five stars for customer service, I have to be honest and stick with my original comment - you can do much better than these products for a lot less money. These products are made in China like most every Spicy Chili Crisp I have ever purchased so let's not kid ourselves about the labor costs involved. ... show more

The chili crisp does taste great, however most of them do! The problem I have is the contents are mostly oil and only about half of the jar is “crisps” Not a good value for the premium price. The Mala seasoning arrived to me with only one month until the expiration date which was a huge bummer because there is no way I will use it all by then. Also it is not Szechuan peppercorn forward and has a lot of cumin flavor. Taste is nothing special and it is way over priced for a dry spice blend that tastes pretty mediocre. I have no problem paying a premium price for a premium product. HOWEVER with all of the awesome marketing I was expecting greatness, but instead feel a bit ripped off. ... show more

If you like spicy... I highly suggest trying these. I'm a big spice baby but the flavour is so good I'm happily torturing myself. Ive gotten my family all four of the jars now. The Xtra Spicy seems to be just a spicier version of the Sichuan, just FYI. They both have a bunch of flakes in them, hence the "Crisp" in the name, I presume. The Chengdu is full up of nuts and seeds, its such an interesting experience. My personal faves are the Sichuan and the Zhong because I love a Sweet & Something combo. I've tried the sauces so far on cucumbers & cottage cheese, chicken quesadillas, tortilla chips, spinach dip... no disappointment just more curiosity. ... show more
