If you like spicy, you'll like this. I mix it with Tabasco green, Habanero, and Traditional on my eggs in the morning. I also use this to spice pretty much anything up. My local grocery store(s), Walmart, etc only sell the 2oz bottles. This is usually a better deal, although it has more than doubled in price in the last 2 years. ... show more

Thank you, Tabasco! Folks, the vinegar base adds to the flavor, and isn't some unfortunate and unintentional consequence of attempting to draw out the best heat from peppers. Think about it... salt & vinegar chips, the tart flavor in salsa, the acidic tint in some soft drinks. A Ph of less than 7 contains a distinct experience in a similar manner as capsaicin does. However, the balance of heat, flavor, and acid (and salt) is an individual preference, and my preference is aligned with Tabasco's Scorpion Sauce. I've been eager for a sauce that I can bring with me places which the bottle doesn't say "refrigerate after opening" because sometimes I simply want some kick in my food even though I'm not near my fridge. Well. Not sometimes, but most times. Tabasco Scorpion Sauce delivers with an awesome blend of heat, acidic tone, and flavor, along with an excellent price point. Thanks! When at home, I'll dash on some Dave's Ghost Pepper sauce for pizza or pasta, or Insanity Sauce on my plate of beans or rice base dish. Now, when I'm out and about, I can enjoy some kick wherever I go. Get some for the "just in case" times that you eat not at home, and the hottest thing the vendor has to offer is pickled jalapeno peppers! ... show more
