The black truffle stands out and brings whatever you put it on, or in, to a completely different level. These guys know how to make a great hot sauce and you will not regret your purchase. If you like a little heat the regular one is what I'd recommend but with this one a little goes a long way as well. If you like it hot this is the sauce for you hands down. My first one was picked up from the store and I went through the whole bottle in under a week. Now, price point yes a lil expensive but I purchased my 2nd bottle from Amazon. Hands down the best buffalo sauce I've ever had. You obviously have to like the taste of truffles though. It's a very high quality product so thats where the price tag comes in. This sauce is soooo good! The truffle flavor isn’t overpowering, it’s not too spicy, and it has a mild sweetness that balances all of the flavors. It’s on the pricier side for hot sauces, but definitely well worth it!

I love spice, hot sauce, and black truffle. This is a dream come true! It’s not so spicy that the truffle flavor is over-powered, but the truffle adds a rich umami delicacy to the hot sauce. This has a really silky, rich, full flavor and you don't need a lot. Although it's not very spicy. I read the ingredients and the ghost pepper is the last ingredient used. So far the only foods its paired with has been noodles. My husband put it on a burrito and that was a no go. It's pricy and honestly you don't get a lot for the most expensive hot sauce I've ever bought. It does taste really good if you can find the right foods. I have already ordered this many times because I like it that much. It has the right amount of heat. It is tangy without burning my mouth. The truffle taste is perfect; it's not too light and not overpowering. It takes an ordinary sandwich up a notch. It's very good on eggs. Love it!
