For the price, this is a good piece of equipment. I’m 5’5” and I barely fit the bench part of this so it certainly isn’t for anyone very tall. EDIT: The headrest does slightly extend on the bench using the little spring loaded pull out underneath and on the side of the bar - while this kinda helps, it’s also not very comfortable to use pulled out more than one notch or so, because then you just end up with a gap between the head and the rest of the bench, which feels kinda bad on the back. It could feel a little more stable, but at the same time having a narrow base helps with smaller areas/rooms. The Roman chair part is great - instructions not exactly awesome, but I figured out assembly and it all seems to work well. Other than this, attempting preacher curls on here is hit and miss. If you have a bar you’re great, but if you’re single hand curling dumbbells you can’t fit anything bigger than 30lbs because otherwise by the time your arm is extended well one of the sides will end up hitting the bar in the middle. Overall I’m still glad I purchased this on sale, as it does give me some more exercises as well as a less restrictive movement on other exercises I was already doing using the floor. ... show more

For something that is only $120 you're really getting your money's worth. This bench seems to be good quality, and versatile. My only 3 complaints are that the instructions aren't super clear what screws are which, the head rest could be a bit longer before needing to extend it. However I am happy that it extends. And that I don't really understand the purpose of the padded preacher curl station/back extension laying completely flat ... show more
