The media could not be loaded. I have had this product for a month because of an infectious disease. I became very careful and almost never went to the gym. What attracted me to it at first was its price. It really turns me on. I'm lucky I found it. It's not that expensive. And I can get enough exercise equipment for my body. It's very light. It's a big highlight when you're done. I can fold it up and put it in the corner. That saves me space. I know a lot of small home exercise chairs can't adjust the seat Angle, but it can. As often as I do. It also works on many different parts of your body, so you can easily adjust your back position. The bottom is pretty solid. But some of the support bars are short. If you can, make it a little longer to make it perfect. In short, the overall design is very clean and concise, worthy of everyone to recommend it. ... show more

Update: My feelings on the bench are the same but I should add that their customer service did reach out to me based on my review. They offered several suggestions to improve my satisfaction so I will add they do care about their customers. I bought the Gray bench with "additional lumbar support". There are a few things to like about this bench but overall I am disappointed. I looked at quite a few benches and regretfully I still ended up less than satisfied. Pros: Easy to assemble, convenient to move around and store, affordable price, good height (I needed a 16-17" height), easy to adjust the incline/decline, fairly stable for someone my size and weight (5'6"). Cons: Thin plastic covering that doesn't look like it will hold up over time. I am afraid to put my feet on the bench because the plastic will tear. Virtually no padding - its very hard. Not for larger lifters - I am a 5'6" female and I don't know how anyone larger than me could use the bench. In addition I paid extra for the middle "lumbar" support and that section must be a marketing ploy because its flat and hard as a brick giving no support whatsoever. It would be a big hassle to return it so I will make do until it falls apart. Unless you are on the small side and the above mentioned Pros are your priority I don't recommend. I would not buy again - next time I will pay more and get a more substantial bench with better padding. ... show more

Overall, it’s great for the price(it was about $115 on sale with a coupon). I’ve used this for a week now almost every day and love having it. I did only buy this for when the gym in my building is too busy or if I only have time for a quick workout. Not sure if I would use this every day for five years but it’s great for when the gym is too busy or I don’t have time to go to the gym. Pros Easy to put together and no tools required. Push the rubber feet on and insert some pins Good cushioning for the most part(see cons) Sturdy. Holds me(175) and my weights and doesn’t shake or tilt. Compact and doesn’t take up a ton of space in my one bedroom apt. Great price for an at home bench. Cons Slightly narrow(only notice this on decline exercises) and a little short(I’m 6’. I only notice this when the bench is in upright position though). Wish the front of the bench had a little more or softer cushioning for the decline. I love this bench but was hoping to utilize the extension for my glutes but it’s not hitting them right. I tried putting plates at my feet to get more height so my hips can be slightly higher from the padding, but the plates just slide off. The whole bench is great but the reason I wanted this was for my glute bias hip extensions so given I’m just using it as a weight bench now it wasn’t worth the price. It’s pretty sturdy and great for taller people but those are my reason why in only gave it 3 stars. ... show more

    • Sturdy and easy to assemble
I ordered this for my wife (and me), it arrived on-time and undamaged. It was extremely easy to assemble and folds up nicely when needed. It is very sturdy and stable, we looked at benches at retail outlets and we were not impressed with the stability of most of the benches we looked at in person. Most were more expensive, lacked the sturdiness and stability of the FlyBird. After reading the reviews here and seeing some reviews on YouTube we ordered from Amazon, we were not disappointed. We are very impressed with the quality, ease of use, sturdiness, and most of all the stability of this bench. I would recommend this bench to anyone for their home workouts. ... show more

Very easy to put every part together. It's a bit short for a 6'1" guy, but still a good home gym bench. I purchased this for my boyfriend due to the gym in our house club being closed because of the pandemic. He needs to continue having some sort of regular fitness routine at home. Shipping was pretty fast, but we were moving to the new house and it's easier to move it in packed. So I didn't unbox it until last week. It's not heavy, I can easily take it to the basement by myself. It's not a expensive bench so I just forgave and ignored the poor quality of it. You can tell the cover is not even, and the foot support part is kind weird. But anyway, it's good for short term home gym. Actually, I expected better quality for a $126 bench. ... show more
