This dresser is gorgeous!! It took probably 2.5 hours to assemble. The bulk of the dresser was easy, it’s just the drawers that were time consuming, but very straightforward directions. Drawers lined up first time, didn’t need to adjust at all. So so beautiful and fits our home vibe! We upgraded the changing table in the nursery to this dresser to fit bigger clothes. The slotted walls were bit of a pain to get on but other than that if you have a drill it’s pretty easily put together and holds strong, the drawers are alittle small compared to the face of them but good enough

Perfect for a nursery drawer or guest room which is what we kept it for. Not functional for long term adult sized clothing storage. Could fit about 10 pairs of socks in one drawer and that’s it.

    • Sad dresser
The dresser looks sad, very small and looks cheap. It came with a wrong part so I can only put half of it together and the sellers aren’t doing anything to make it right. To return it I have to pay for shipping which would cost almost as much as the dresser itself. I’m very disappointed

So, this is a very nice looking dresser. I like the light color, the fluted edges that give the dresser a rounded look, and the handles . It feels stable, has 6 feet, with one of them in the center for the added stability. It was not easy to assemble. The instructions were fairly clear, but some of the pictures were hard to understand what they were pointing, or what screw to use. The hardware was labeled well and easy to find. Overall the dresser looks nice, but the drawers are pretty shallow and only come out 1/2 way. And a couple of my drawers don’t glide as easily as the others. ... show more

I love my new dresser! It's perfect now that it's assembled! But not surprisingly, there are a few things about the assembly that I didn't like. *First, it says very easy but it's very time consuming. There are over 200 screws! *All the hardware came in plastic pouches that are all connected. This was frustrating because I had more than one pouch open at a time and spilled the contents of one while accessing contents of another. (You can't really separate the pouches.) *Step 6 shows that you have to screw in 6 screws. When I went to screw them in, the screws just fell down right into the holes. I then realized the holes were for the Cam Lock Fasteners, a step that was skipped in the directions. You're actually supposed to install the cam lock fasteners then tighten the Cam Lock Fastener after you drop in the screw. *In step 8, I had trouble putting the plastic thumbtack like pieces into the bottom of the legs - they kept bending. I ended up throwing those away and I'm going to find something better to put on the bottom of the legs. I'm not a fan of the safety measures that are supposed to prevent tip-overs. This dresser comes with a metal brace that extends beyond the front of the dresser. This looks terrible and is a trip hazard. The vinyl strap that attaches the back of the dresser to the wall would extend past the top of the dresser and again, it would look terrible. If they want people to install the safety features, they need to engineer them in a way that's acceptable. But this dresser is exactly what I was looking for. I love the light calming color, the mid-century design, and the bit of bling with the gold metal drawer pulls. ... show more

    • Appearances are deceiving
The HUAHUU Fluted 6 Drawers Dresser is an attractive dresser. The fluted tambour panels that create curved ends elevate this dresser considerably over the look of a box of boxes from a big box store dresser. The engineered wood used for the panels of the dresser has an amazing appearance. I repeatedly looked at it closely to remind myself that it was not real solid oak. Appearance wise the only negative are the legs which are wrapped with an utterly unconvincing glossy woodgrain paper. I didn't deduct stars for the legs because they are largely out of sight. 5 stars for appearance. Assembly is straightforward but time consuming. If you have every assembled knock down drawers, you'll understand. The quality of the knock down is good and the resulting dresser is solid. You do need to provide a Philips screwdriver and hammer for assembly. You'll need a drill if you want to anchor the dresser to the wall. I am an engineer and inefficiency drives me bonkers. Efficiency-wise this dresser drives me bonkers. Its good looks just barely saves it from my desire to take a sledge hammer to it and send it to the landfill. I do have to applaud the seller for their honesty in the product listing. There is no misrepresentation about the inefficiencies. The information is there but not obvious. Let me make it more obvious. Look at the second product photo that gives dimensions. Note that the drawer front is 7.7" high while the drawer sides are only 4.7" high. The depth of the drawers is further reduced to 4" by the bottom panel of the drawer. That is a shallow drawer behind a drawer front that should provide a much higher drawer. You can get a sense of how shallow the drawers are in the fourth product photo. Note that the overall cabinet depth is 15.7" and the overall drawer depth is 11.8". There is about 10" of usable depth in the drawers because of the thickness of the front and back. The drawers are on 11" slides that allow the drawers to be pulled out about 7". You can get some idea of how limiting this is in the third product photo although the camera angle does make it look as good as possible. The overall cabinet width is 47" and the width of two drawer fronts is 37". The curved ends add about 8" of width over a utilitarian box end. Thankfully the usable width of the drawers is all that can be accommodated by the 18.5" width of the drawer front. That said, they are narrow drawers. 37" is a bit too wide for a more space efficient single drawer and a bit too narrow for two drawers. A 47" wide box cabinet could use two 22.5" wide drawer fronts and the extra 4" of width would be a welcome addition. I ultimately decided to ding this dresser only one star for the sins of space inefficiency but I could be convinced to take two. If you are shopping for looks and you aren't bothered by the inefficient use of space then this is a 4.5 to 5 star dresser depending on how you feel about the ugly legs. If you want to maximize the use of space and you don't care about looks, then this is not the dresser for you and no star rating is needed. ... show more
