Was going to give this a 3/5 originally, but as i played with it more, ive come to like it more. warnings though; as others have said, leaf stems either dont have wires, or have wires so weak they dont help. try to bend from the base, and apply heat from a heatgun/blowdrier. also try to have the top of the leaf face forward, as the under side is really sub par to look at. try to put leaves in front of the "stubs" where the branches turn into stems, as its quite drastic. lastly, the tree is a bit oval in shape (if look at from above) its hard to notice, and originally the tree looked WAAAAY too thin. I then rotated it, and saw it was much wider looking. (I had it the other way, to hid the stubs easier) Now that ive settled on it, its pretty decent. i bought a smaller one from name brand, and was surprised the leaves on this were of better quality (the stems are worse, but i prefer the better/prettier leaves of this) May end up buying a 2nd tree, to balance out the room... but worried it may be too identical lol. (I also grabbed a wooden barrel planter for this, filled it with $5 cement, and then use coffee grounds with glue on top. may look for tiny plants/moss in the future, dont know yet) EDIT: its very hard to try and count all the leaves, but i roughly count around 120-130 leaves. still more than most, but if im even close to the correct number, then that means the advertised amount isnt correct. but its still a decent amount, even if so. ... show more

Bought this plant for my dining room. I am disappointed that the instructions that come with the plant indicate that it is made of plastic - while the description provided when purchasing said - "This faux silk tree is made of premium silk, polyester....". The height is good - and after further adjustment of the leaves the shape will probably be good as well - although the instructions caution against frequently adjusting the branches and leaves to avoid loosening. For the price not quite as good a quality as I was hoping for but overall I think I can make it work. ... show more
