Good product it is my third one thou had some issues with the other two but customer service is excellent and replaced it for me no problem.

    • Heating element doesn’t last
It worked very well be first few times we used it. After the 5th or 6th time, the heating element completely fried and wouldn’t work anymore. There is no where to contact the company through here, so we just have a busted heater that cost more than one from Walmart that has lasted us years.

I brought this product in May for an outdoor event just in case the temperature dropped. I didn’t have to use it. So I finally unboxed them to use last week and this week. I used one last week for one night and it stopped working. I used the other one last night and it stopped working this morning. For two heaters I got two days worth of heat. SMH very disappointing and just a waste of money. Did keep the house warm for the two days though. ... show more

Great solution for those days it's a little too cool to sit on the patio without a coat or blanket. Great price and the design team created a great slot on top of the heater to conveniently store the remote control.

    • Returning
The heater sometimes gets extremely hot, would love a heat setting. Also, during two occasions the heater would not turn off after switching to the off button. Also, heater continued to run after timer expired. Don't waste your time/money.

    • DO NOT BUY! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
I have bought 3 of these now this year for my self and gifts. Two of them have completely stopped working after two mornths. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and the chat just tells you that it cannot be returned. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
