Love the taste. It wasn't bad at all. No nausea, I toom it in an empty stomach and with food. In order for your body to absorb iron, you have to take it with vitamin C.

There is a slight after taste but I drank a lot of water with my doses so that helped. The flavor might not be for everyone , you could drink it with some grape juice if you don't like the flavor. Amazing!!!! I’m 21 years old & I went to get blood work done, but my iron has to be atleast 38 min in order for me to get it done. I went in twice, my iron was 37, then dropped down to 35 & they recommended iron supplements. I went on TikTok, decided to order this on Monday, Took it twice a day on Tuesday and Wednesday & got my blood work done on that Thursday and it was at 40!!! Praise the Lord.
