Great pattern flooring but if dealing with lots of cuts to match up pattern then a bit difficult to do because of aligning the pattern. Adhesive is good and was able to put down & remove/reposition when alignment was off. Easy home use for first time DYI project

These were very easy to install. I added grout to make them look more professional and I love how they turned out. Of about 20, one has started to peel up at the corner. I'll likely add a little adhesive to fix it. The biggest issue was that about 1/4-1/3 of the tiles were damaged. A number of the tiles had cracked corners. I used these tiles in the places where the tile had to be cut anyway, but if I needed fewer trimmed tiles, it would have been a disaster. Some of the tiles also had small gouges in them. Again, I used these in the places where I was using a cut tile. I had to be strategic about it, which was annoying and involved extra forethought. ... show more

I have used similar tiles in the past and they looked great so I was excited to try this pattern in my bathroom. The squares were not cut exact so it was hard to line up exactly without getting off. When I did manage to get them lined up no matter what I did I could not get the edges to lay flat. I have rolled them and put weight in them and still each edge sticks up and shows the seams. I didn’t get to the project right away and now that I finally have my return window has closed. I am now stuck with the same floor and 3 extra boxes of tiles I will not use. ... show more

    • COLOR IS NOT OFF WHITE
I am adding tile flooring to my kitchen, but so many of the tiles on the market are gray in color. When I saw these listed with the description of white and off white, I thought these would be perfect for my kitchen floor. When they arrived, the pattern on the tile is white background and light gray as the design. Clearly NOT off white. So disappointed and they had to be returned. Just in case you're looking for anything besides gray.....these are NOT your tile. :( ... show more

    • Terrible design
The pictures lie. When you install these you’ll have a very noticeable black line between the tiles, and you can fill that with caulk but it won’t look smooth like the picture. I’m fairly handy and these were terrible to install, they don’t line up well at all (the pattern was a massive headache) and after installing two boxes I stood up and saw that where I was sitting on some had turned blue from my (very old and faded) jeans. In some spots I was able to wipe it off, in others the dye went down into the tiles. Since these were for a kid’s bathroom that will undoubtedly have clothing on the floor, often damp clothing, they didn’t seem like a viable solution so I’m returning the other 2 boxes. Taking them up was pretty easy, they’re sticky but not so sticky that I couldn’t just peel them up despite having a perfectly cleaned and prepped floor (sheet vinyl) to stick them to. They were easy to cut with a utility knife, and that’s about the only good thing I have to say about these. I’m not happy I wasted money and time putting down 2 boxes of them, but it took that many to get a feel for how it would look (which is exactly like peel and stick tiles, these aren’t going to fool anyone and are worse than sheet vinyl). ... show more

Im kind of underwhelmed by this product, and I was quite excited when purchasing. I ultimately needed 2 boxes to cover my small bathroom floor, I rent an apartment so I thought this was my best option. Pros: overall an easy installation, snaps in half (straight lines) very easily, decent adhesion. Cons: the pattern did have small errors with some tiles.. they do match up but not always perfectly, if you need to make precise and difficult cuts it is too thick and hard to make it perfect, the box covers a very small area. Did it do the job? Yes. Would I do it again? No. My only advice is that if you do need to make cuts in your tile, be very conscious of your pattern lines if you want them to match up. If you have a large area to cover, look at other floor alternatives. ... show more

I should have listened to the other reviews who said the pattern didn’t quite match us. I was super careful to turn them and try different tiles together but a few times it was impossible to get it to match. Also, it was hard to get it flush along the seams but that just might be because I’m laying it over tile that is lightly textured. Over all it’s fine for a rental. I just bought an over sided rug to his most of it cause I’m particular enough that the miss matched pattern was going to drive me crazy. ... show more
