First off, I don’t write reviews often. But this stuff deserves a review. This looks and feels great. Scratch resistant and cost efficient. It makes my room look bigger than it is and definitely looks better than the old carpet. To start off, my room is approximately 160 square feet including the closet. I used 3 boxes and had a few leftover. I did lay a underlayment pad above my subfloor and under my peel and stick planks and it makes it feel great. I chose the half step pattern. It took me 10 hours to do it all including laying the underlay and peel and stick. Now all that is left is to install the baseboard trim and some wall paper to complete my room. Pros: look, feel, price, installation, durability. Cons: thin and some of the planks have small defects, I just used those for small areas and cut the defective parts off. ... show more

Everyone I have shown my new floor to thinks that these are high-quality wood flooring and professionally installed. They are shocked when I say I installed it myself. They ask how I used the significant equipment and saws they assume I needed to install them, but in truth, it took me a weekend, a utility knife, and some measuring skills, resulting in a huge upgrade in the look of my kitchen. This was my first time installing a floor, and it went smoothly. I was hesitant to purchase and do myself but reading the reviews convinced me that I should give it a try. I'm glad I did and hope that my review will do the same for others. I did mess up at times, but because I was saving money with a self-install, I didn't stress too much. Also, the price is reasonable and you get a lot of planks each box, so you can afford the mess-ups. Finally, and most surprisingly, these planks are very forgiving! The grain is nice but you don't have to be perfect in placement or position. Sometimes my measuring was off and I was able to pull the planks back up and reposition. However, don't get me wrong, these things STICK. You can pull them up but after a day or so (especially in the warm weather we had), it definitely isn't going anywhere without some strong and purposeful pulling. I was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews that stated they don't stick as much. That was certainly not my experience. I'm certain these things aren't moving or shifting anywhere. I'm also happy that these are pretty durable. Got some coffee spilled on it and it cleaned right up. Some of the adhesive does come out here and there (especially with replacement) but I used a cloth with warm water and it came right up. I also spilled paint on these things (the nice new flooring now made the walls look ugly!). That came right up too. I have no worries that these won't endure some heavy traffic and spillage. This gave my eye-sore of a kitchen a huge upgrade. Going from a very worn and puke-green floor to the beautiful white-washed wood look is amazing. I was hoping to walk into my kitchen and be less embarrassed. But now, I absolutely love it, and love it even more because I did it myself, yet it looks professionally done. Cheap, thin. Had some with print on them (sse pic). Patterns don't match up. That being said...it looks nice...actually really nice. I was able to get the seams tight and they stick well. Will see how it holds up. These work well for a quick, cheap and easy renovation. Unlikely to buy again, though.

Easiest update we’ve done ever, wife did it over 2 days (about 100sq foot). We had a level floor, tried hard but couldn’t clean the 80yr old tile & definitely didn’t want to pull it up. This was easy to lay down, and easy to cut, she used a utility knife & straight edge for all her cuts & it looks great. Great price, big boxes have similar product twice the price. ... show more

I got this to temporarily spruce up my bathroom until the major renovation and it was so easy to put it down. Adhesive is just the right amount of strong but not too strong and the boards are flexible enough not to snap if they need to be repositioned. Color was true to what was advertized.

This floor is sturdy and very easy to put down, I didn't follow a plan as I should have yet. It still looks perfect. The adhesive is strong as long as the floor underneath is clean and it functions as it should. I would say this is definitely worth the cost.

I will definitely have to say that these are NOT renter friendly. The floors are AMAZING and they were easy to cut with scissors, easy to align, and beautiful with the end result. Had them on my floors for a few months and they were really durable and water resistant. Unfortunately when it was time for me to take them out since they are supposed to be renter friendly, they left an AWFUL adhesive all over the original hard wood flooring. It took me hours to use Goo gone and acetone to take it off the floors and I eventually had to just pay a service to do it for me. Just be aware that if you’re using these in a rented space, be prepared to spend a while ripping them up and scrubbing your floors for a while. ... show more
