I personally could not figure out how to put this thing together. The pieces were not really labeled well. The guys who installed my tv were able to put it together thankfully. Ultimately worked quite well, but there were a few attempts to get everything to mesh appropriately. Instructions are basically nonexistent and I needed a few spare parts from the original wall mount to make it all work. That said, I didn't see many good alternatives for hanging the Arc.

While the product is very heavy duty and high quality, I received this bracket with parts missing and terrible assembly instructions. I am very technically inclined but I could not figure it out. I don't believe the assembly actually works with the Arc and connecting to my Echo Gear bracket. In the end it was an expensive piece of metal that I couldn't return since we weren't able to hang the TV and sound bar until after the return period. ... show more

As a professional installer I’ve trusted Flexson for a while now. While I loved their Sonos Soundbar mount, the Arc mount is lacking in versatility and rigidity. It definitely does what it should do but it could be tricky for someone inexperienced. Here’s hoping for something better to come along but for now this seems to be the best option. ... show more
