  • Great, sounding headphone amp!
I previously purchased the FX10 and loved it! But programming on the device itself wasn’t easy. The second I saw that the new FX20 had an app for it, I immediately knew I had to purchase the FX20 version! Programming was a breeze and I connected to Bluetooth with no problems. It was easy to upgrade the new firmware as well. Moving to the FX20 also gave me more effects and more cabinet/amp sounds. But the main attraction is the sound … It sounds fantastic!! To hear a demo, go to YouTube and search for the “FLAMMA FX20 Review & Tutorial” from the “intheblues” channel. I own both an iPad (iOS device) and an Android phone. Flamma has an editor app for each platform. When I’m home, I use my iPad and when I’m traveling, I have my phone with that app installed. Works fine on both platforms. ... show more

  • Six Stars
Id give it 6/5 if I could. Had a mustang micro for two years before the jack finally crapped out. Bought this after reading reviews. I wish I would have bout this the first time. It’s f***ing awesome. The app it super simple and it has a ton of effects and chain options. The drums actually sound pretty damn good for a compact unit. If you are on the fence, dive on in buddy. ... show more

  • I have a lot of gear. I use this the most
Prolly my 10th gadget for jamming to mp3s. I use it every day. It's that good. The battery is the Achilles heel. I only get maybe 2 sessions with it before recharge. 2-3 hrs maybe. Update. I lost it. Ordered another one after 2 days searching .

  • If You Have the FX10: Keep It & Avoid the FX20
I have the FX10 and love it. When I heard the FX20 was out, I watched several videos on it and decided to pull the trigger. The FX20 is more of a down-grade and I was sorely disappointed. First of all, the swivel arm on the unit was loose causing a bad connection with the guitar which resulted in audio cutting in and out. The FX20 only has 4 savable preset slots whereas the FX10 has 14. The FX20 is mostly reliant on the App for Amp simulations and tone adjusting, which isn't awful, but it defeats the purpose if you can only store 4 presets. I reached out to Flamma Customer Service twice to address the loose swivel arm issue and they never responded, indicating they really don't care about faulty or defective equipment. If you have the FX10: keep it and avoid this version. Sometimes, newer is not better. ... show more

  • The best (I have lots of these kind of things)
I’m a huge fan of this device it’s tiny and it has everything a pedal Lord would have and I can just play guitar outside all day and have this monster sound and then go directly into my iPad or any device, I know this sounds like some kind of paid advertisement, but this is the best freaking device ever especially if you like crunch My positive grid spark gets glassier cleaner sounds for sure but this just does an amazing all-around job and it actually has better vibe than even my expensive multi units Must own ... show more

  • Not Bluetooth headphone
I wanted a wireless headphones amp so I bought this unit, because they are marketed as a wireless Bluetooth headphone amp. The only thing wireless and Bluetooth is pairing the amp with the phone app
