I redecorated a master bedroom to accomodate an elderly individual with mobility issues. This lift chair is the perfect additon to the room. It is a lovely piece of furnature. I order the grey, faux leather material and it is supple and elegant. It is also comfortable and the lift component adds extra assitance when standing up. It was relatively easy to assemble, You just have to be sure you are really aligning the metal brackets well before sliding the side arms in place. We encountered a minor problem with one of the brackets that got bent in shipping, but the person who assembled the chair was able to bend it out enough to get it to slide in the bracket. Not a fault of the product. Just better packageing needed so sections can't slide in the shipping box. I would buy this product again. ... show more

Product box weighs in more than 100 lbs and requires two people to lift. Everything in one box. Very well thought out. Comfort is good. Operation is good. Fabric and color were spot on. After a few days use, heat and massage stopped working. Was expected in a chair of this price range. Should things change, I will post again. Contacted mfg about problem. They sent another remote. Problem solved. I hope it last. Massage is subtle. I have nothing to compare it to. Heat is subtle too. So far it appears to be a good value for the reasonable price. Update 2022. Chair is making lots of loud creaking and grinding noises. Nuts and bolts have started to break off with resounding snaps. Find these on the floor. Leg lifting while reclining is no longer functioning. Chair has become lop sided causing discomfort. Too bad the chair is breaking up. It appeared to be a good value at the beginning despite a faulty remote which the mfg. rectified by replacing. Fabric has held up well. Maybe these problems would not exist with a lighter person. I am 275lb. Chair heat and massage continue to work satisfactorily. Hope this helps. ... show more

Bought it for my mom who is tiny so great for her. My sister and I were able to assemble it together in a few minutes. The chair is comfy and the cup holders are awesome. Vibrate works a bit noisy. Heat does not feel very warm. A lower quality chair but it does the job and the lift works great! Main problem I have is keeping all the BIG people out of it! ... show more

It is JUNK!! No instructions on how to put the electrical components together AT ALL!! It is very very difficult to line up and put on arms and back!!! The lift control finally works but the massage/heat DOES NOT WORK or even light up to indicate it is on. I have ordered expensive stuff for lower prices because that's all I can afford. I knew they would have to be put together but do expect INSTRUCTIONS. Now....I can't return this because I have no idea how to take it apart and I can't carry it where it needs to go to return. I will pay off my account and not order this garbage on line again!! I have spent THOUSANDS!!! I paid for heat and massage and now just have a recliner. I already had a recliner.     • Frustrated. Second box to both orders came three days later no tracking and no notification.

We ordered two of these chairs. Two boxes arrived. It does not say 1 of 2 or 2 of 2. Just says package delivered. We opened the two boxes and they are just the bottom. The box with the sides and back are both missing. This was supposed to be a surprise for my parents. They removed their old chairs and now we just have a piece of a chair which is not functional by itself. Very frustrating!!! Addition to review. Second box arrived 3 days later. No tracking. Just showed up. Assembly was easy. No tools required. Both chairs worked as advertised. Major concern is being able to reach someone if a problem arises in the future. Other than that worry, we are very happy with the product on first day with the complete kit. I’d remark the color pattern they choose for the massager/heat remote makes it difficult to read the buttons. We turned on the heat but did not notice it warming the chair. The massage was good and low sound. The motor for lift and recline was very quiet. Very comfortable in recline. May need lumbar in sitting position. Worked well for lift function. ... show more
