I love this bag, I purchased it in black. It looks small but fits quite a few items in it, including my laptop, textbooks and notebook (it’s a tight squeeze at times) I wish it was just a little bit bigger in size, but over all I’m happy with this tote backpack.. My only issue it that it gets covered in lent when I wear certain sweaters or shirts, which is pretty annoying. The main thing that would fix this bag would be shoulder pads. All I have in my bag is a MacBook 13,' and two notebooks, and the straps dig into my shoulder. The kanken straps are 20$ making the bag 120 potentially. The company is supposed to be about comfort and back support, so I think including the shoulder pads is necessary. ... show more

I suppose the creators found a middle ground between the should strap changing to backpack strap, however, I cannot simply use the shoulder straps without having 1 hand holding them at all times. Otherwise the bag falls off. I am a tall person, and so the backpack rides really high on me. I mainly use the backpack both on my back and as a should strap. Although it’s sometimes hard to get my arms through the backpack straps. I do like the small handles. The side pockets can only hold narrow bottles of water. So for a mom on the go, trying to find a bag that holds all things kids need while also looking stylish enough to be my work purse, this will work but not perfect. But on weekends I switch to my other sports backpack because it holds my water bottles and rides lower on my back and it’s easier to get on. It is a sturdy, versital and durable bag. However, to wear it as a backpack and not a tote, it is very uncomfortable. The straps are just not long enough to fit comfortably.
