  • Difficult
For an older person that has difficulty in seeing, it is fantastic. As for as the coordinating watch with the voice time, it is very difficult.

  • A life saver
My husband has macular degeration and this is the 3rd or 4th watch I have purchased for him. Have never used this brand, but he loves the watch. It makes it so convenient when he needs to know what time it is. Until this one, I do not remember getting instructions on how to perform updates or even set or take off the alarm, which by the way, my grand daughter was mashing all the buttons for him and set an alarm and we didn't know how to take it off or change it. I will continue to purchase every time he wears it out. Shipping was fast and the same price I have paid for other brands. Love the fact that it also tells the date and speaks clearly so he can hear, who by the way also has a hearing problem. ... show more

  • Would not buy again...or advise others to buy this product.
I am in the process of returning the this item. The watch does not set itself automatically no matter how close I leave it to any window in my house nor am I able to set the time manually even when following the confusing directions as it seems to reset itself to a new, random, time every time I try. I am also unable to reset the hands and when I try they stop on what appears to be a completely random time which does not agree with the time I set it for or the time that it reads when I press the button to announce the time. Finally the manual is confusing and seems to be patched together from a different style of manual, in a couple places it seems to break off giving instructions for one feature and pick up giving instructions for a different one. The only positive aspect was that it arrived quickly. ... show more

  • Talking Watch, easy to set up!
The ease of set up was great. This watch is for my 82 year old Mother and it's easy for her to operate. She was recommended this watch by her blind brother who had purchased the watch and liked it. My Mom hasn't had the watch long enough to say anything about the battery life or the durability.

  • My big bitch is that the hands are all but invisible so unless you are in perfect light rendering the talking near mandatory
OK it's thicker than I thought. My big bitch is that the hands are all but invisible so unless you are in perfect light rendering the talking near mandatory. Then as you go through your days activities when you brush up against this or that it keeps announcing the time. I thought that when I ordered it I would be able to turn that feature off. I was wrong again. ... show more

  • Was great until it didn't work
I bought this in Juy 2022 for my 97 year old mother loved this watch...until it stopped working in late 2023. I had to watch You Tube to understand how to set the time. There is a setting, not just place it near the southern hemisphere and the atomic clock will sync itselt. The written nstructions are not clear. I set the time properly to 10am. the clock went round and round until it stopped. at 3pm. It shows 3pm and says it 10am. This watch is a great idea so I bought another one in December 2023. That stopped working properly within a month. Dont waste your money. ... show more

  • Good quality watch.
Great watch once you figure out how to set it. It did take a day to readjust itself on daylight savings time change. Other than that, I purchased it for my brother who cannot see well and he loves it.

  • Good watch, instructions need updating
The watch works fine once you figure out how to program it. The instructions are easy to follow as to what buttons to press but not very thorough. The instructions don't go over how to just basically set the correct time, and how to make sure that the alarm is off, you have to figure it out for yourself. Aside from this, the watch is good. ... show more
