The seller reached out to me immediately, apologized that the produce was not for me and offered a full refund. I am upgrading my rating because of their friendly and quick response time to make things right. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At first I really liked the product however, after a few weeks I noticed the brace kept sliding. I've tighten it to the point that the padding imprints are left on my arm after removing the brace. The brace has a number pattern for you to cage the tightness. I started at 3.5 and am now up to a 5. The padding is filled with air and one of four pads is nearly flat. As mentioned I had the brace for approximately 2 weeks. I play badminton regularly and started having a badminton/golfers elbow. Prior to this brace if I play for a day had to take few days rest. However, with this I am able to play regularly without any pain. Thank you for this brace.

I started learning tennis about a year and a half ago and for the first few months, my swing was not good. I kept my elbow bent, and didn't straighten it out on the follow up. As a result, I developed tennis elbow for several months . I used to put on a compression sleeve, but it only worked so-so. learning how to swing beter seemed to make a difference too. Plus playing a little less frequently for a bit. Anyway, I saw this brace and was intrigued. It's hard for me to address its effectiveness at the moment, because I do not currently have tendonitis -- but it could return. At the same time, I can say that this is much more thoughtfully specific than a compression sleeve -- the brace is much more targeted and much more cushioned. It is also adjustable, which is great. I can also speak to the item itself -- the brace is made well. Nice cushion, strong matierals, well sewn. I wore for a while and it felt comfortable too. The instructions inserted in the box come in many languages -- but I honestly, couldn't figure out from them what was the right way to put the brace on. I came back to the product page and looked at the pictures. So I know the right direction and where the cushion should be. Interestingly, it looks in the pictures that some models wore it closer to the elbow than others. It would've been nice had there been clear pictures and instructions about what is the most effective way to wear it. ... show more
