I bought this for tracking steps, but I got excited when I saw that it also checks blood pressure. I was even more thrilled when my bp was registering lower than normal numbers until I actually checked my bp using a real monitor and the watch was 10 points off on both sides. Bummed about that. I absolutely love this watch. I got it mainly to monitor my sleep, but I love that it does my heart rate and blood pressure too. And I know it works because when I got upset, my blood pressure and heart rate both went up. Also to my surprise, I am able to connect it to my phone. It shows me if I have an incoming text, call, or email I just can't check it on there, but I know to go look for my phone since it's not always attached to my hand like the watch. ... show more

I got this to replace an old pedometer that only counted steps. Used both today. Old pedometer counted 3100 steps. This watch counted 729 for a 1.25 mile walk! The directions that come with this item are not instructional at all. How is everyone having success with this? I decided on this after reading all the positive reviews.
