For the price and practicality, these are great. They are durable and not transparent to the point of looking cheap. They machine wash (cold) VERY well, which is great news after a dozen kids spilled pudding on them...anyway! If you look through them closely, they are indeed on the see-through side, but it is not an issue once they are on the table. You cannot see the tabletop through them, or anything you're storing under the table and hiding with the cloth. These are the thinnest I would accept; anything lesser would be cheap-looking. ... show more
