A new tank set up and I plan to have a mix of both artificial and real plants eventually but wanted something to fill in until I get some real ones. I didn't expect much given this set of aquarium plants were so inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised. While I knew the height from the description, I didn't expect them to be as full as they are. They will fit nicely with real plants and once my tank is full, will blend well, giving my tank the planted look I am going for. Showed up quickly, products where same as ones pictued. I would suggest them using a longer box.... The tall plants they fold in half and put in a short box and is very hard to get the plastic to straighten back out.

So unfortunately I did not buy this for an actual fish tank, I did need them as desk props for a halloween theme at my office, but even though they were just for show, I really liked these plants, there is an awesome variety of different kinds, colors, and shapes. I can see how these would truly be amazing in a fish tank. Overall I was very happy with them as desk props, in a fish tank this would definitely make the tank more vibrant and beautiful. These plants are sturdy and have a nice variety of colors. I like mixing the plants of different heights to make the tank look nice. The plants can also be used to hide air tubes and the tank heater.
