I added this fireplace/entertainment center in my therapy office and have received a ton of compliments! My clients (especially teens and young adults) appreciate the LED lights and everyone likes the relaxing effects of the fireplace. It recently got cold due to the fall weather and the heater was perfect to warm up the space! I ordered this unit and it’s beautiful we love it,I built it very easy and came down to the top and noticed the corner was broken off,I reached out to them and Qian Gang was incredible he sent me a new top I received it,opened it and it was all broken up,I emailed him again and he was apologizing and very sorry and said for your inconvenience I’m sending you another new fireplace for the trouble,Probably the best place I have ever bought from,Qian Gang is very professional.You don’t find that very often

As with any ordered furniture, assembly is not for the novice. One disappointment with this unit was that the electric fireplace does not have a secure mounting. We utilized some industrial Velcro to secure the fireplace, so it could not just fall out. Unit was packaged well and sustained no damage. We like the additional LED color strips and fireplace operation.
