I bought these for my firepit. I tried everything from fire starter logs to weird internet hacks, but I couldn't get my logs to catch fire. These looked a little too simple, but I was desperate. I wasn't expecting much, but much to my surprise they worked great. They light on fire quickly and burn for longer than expected. It gives the wood plenty of time to start smoldering.
