They are well made, easy to put together, and comfy. They shipped quickly and came well packaged. The company reached out, via email, before we received the product, thanking us for the order and letting us know to reach out with any issues, guaranteeing a response within 12 hours. When we noticed a slight defect on four of the chair legs, I emailed the company and received a response from them within six hours. We purchased 4 of these barstools to go on the other side of our kitchen island. They were fairly simple to assemble and look aesthetically pleasing, however they are kind of noisy when sitting in the chairs. I think for the price paid it is a good buy but I don’t expect them to last long term, if we get a solid year or two out of them all I think we will be lucky. ... show more

Bought these counter stools and changed my mind and requested a return/refund. The actual owners of these texted me to ask me to keep them to save myself the trouble of returning. I would only have to pay $30 for the stools. They were just put together on Sunday Oct 27th. I always use the first stool at the counter and this defective one is in the middle and hasn’t been used yet at all. The trim is already falling apart on an unused stool.
