Although I ordered this to display in a room at home, I think it's more suitable for an office environment. It's realistic enough from a distance, but not as "dramatic" or attractive for my taste. I think it would look fine dressing up an otherwise drab area of an office or general meeting area -- say, in a corner of the room for a modest splash of greenery. Before doing that, I'd recommend placing the Findosom Fake Plant (47-Inch Large Artificial Onion Grass) in a colorful planter -- and, then, adding to the realism by putting small rocks on the top of the planter and placing the planter with artificial onion grass on a saucer drip tray. That's what I'll be doing. I'm pretty sure no one will think it's a real plant on closer examination, at least not enough to water it, which would be embarrassing, to say the least. ... show more

I have a lot of house plants, but I also have areas that I'd like to brighten up with some foliage, but it is too dark for anything to grow there ... enter the artificial plant!! I have several artificial Ficus trees, an artificial fern, etc. When I am considering an artificial plant, the first thing that I do is capture my first impression - Does it look real the first time I look at it? This artificial grass passed that test with a Yes. My second test is does it appeal to me? Is it something I'd want to grow if it was real? Yes again! Very pleased with this nice tall, 4' grass plant. I will be shopping for a larger pot to set it in, so that it scales better. The plant looks too nice and large to be growing out of the small pot that is included. I am not taking any stars off for that. The type of pot you want it in is a personal choice that goes with your home decor - better to let the customer find a pot of their liking, than try to include a larger, fancier pot that would drive up the price and maybe (probably) not please everyone. I have to add that my pictures do not do it justice. The camera did not seem to pick up the nice green color that the plant has. I included the pic's just to show it against some furniture and the wall. If you have a space that calls out for a 4' plant, I think you will like the look of this. ... show more

I have a spot on my garden path where an underground pipe prevents me digging deep enough to plant a real shrub. My solution is this fake plant! It looks real and so far seems to be holding up to the elements (mostly sun, some rain). Even at closer range it looks pretty legit. If I were using it indoors I would put it in a more decorative pot though. ... show more

This fake plant looks great inside or outside to spruce up any spot. Its a great size to fill up a corner and make it more homey. Just need to add it to a super nice pot and it will look like its from home goods.

Planning to use in my husbands game room, still a work in progress, but I am happy with this faux plant. Very large and full, nice shade of green. Just need to find a nice big planter to give it an elevated look. Definitely recommend.
