I purchased 4 similar but different posture corrector's. The other 3 chaffed under my arms. There is an extra strap across the shoulder blades that makes all the difference. I wore it all day the first time, but I would recommend wearing it half a day and adding an hour or two each day. I am 63 years old and have some under arm flab, but it just took a couple of days for it to feel like just a tight tank top. With some very good back support. I wanted to get one after seeing my self in some family pictures. I slumped so bad, I looked 6 inches shorter than usually. The big test? My husband commented on my lack of Hunch back! Despite its promises of strong traction and relief from various pains, the product's quality fell short. The magnetic therapy seemed ineffective, and the supposed adjustability didn't provide the comfort I had hoped for. Keep looking, this one does not work. In order to get even the TINIEST of pressure the straps have to be puled SO tight that it digs into your armpits so much that you can't move your arms without pain.
