I was really impressed at the quality of paint and how the overall painting turned out. I honestly wasn't expecting much because the price was cheap (I think 5.99 on sale). The paint was decent quality and I didn't have to do multiple layers. The painting actually does look like the photo. With all paint by number paints I recommend using an acrylic medium flow additive (4-5 drops) per pot to help make the paint spread much smoother. It will also help get rid of clumpiness. Only potential downside (for some people) is that the canvas comes folded which creates obvious creases that don't flatten out on their own. To remedy this, get out an ironing board or a folded towel on a glat surface. Flip the canvas face down, wet the surface with water (I used a paper towel with a cup of water and I did use a generous amount on the entire thing. The canvas will feel fragile). I then ironed slowly. The first time I ironed I didn't wet the canvas enough and wasn't very successful. The wnd attempt I used much more water and the creases came out pretty quickly and I had a nice flat canvas. After ironing, make sure to set the canvas somewhere flat to dry. Overall, the ironing bit was worth it. And, whether canvases come folded or rolled I'll always iron them in the future because it really does produce a nice flat surface. I really enjoyed doing this painting. It's accurate, the numbers are clear, and I was never confused as to what went where. I did change on part near the lighthouse because it was the same color and I wanted to make it more distinct but that was a personal preference. I do think there were a few numbers that needed more paint, #9 in particular. But having done several numbers recently this was one of the best I've done, and was also a great price. I would highly recommend this. I will say this took me about a month to do and I spent a significant amount of time on it. I also put multiple layers of paint on. So depending on how committed you are this may or may not be enjoyable to you. ... show more

This is a great design and pretty easy. The only complaint is the tiny pots of paint seem dried and old and hard to mix. Also it was creased but I was able to iron it out before painting.
