This is my first mixer and it's pretty good, but it makes me immediately want to upgrade to a better unit. The main issue is that through the XLR input the volume is a bit low. It's not terrible, but it will need to be raised in post. Also being able to record up to 4 samples and play them back is cool, but the quality is pretty bad even though that might make them funnier. The sliders on mine were dirty/dusty so when I would slide the headphones one down to 0% it would play at 100%. A little contact cleaner fixed it and it hasn't happened again, but that could potentially damage your ears. The RGB is nice and can be turned off, but the volume indicator bars that constantly flash stay on which can be annoying in a dark room. Overall it's good for the price, but maybe spend a little more and get something a bit more professional. ... show more
