I just got this desk two days ago. I am very handy, and I build things for my job. I think the instructions on this desk are lacking. I did get it put together but i think the images don't make it clear what you are installing in each step. For example, there were some parts with the base that the screws are shown to install but they aren't high enough in the picture to see them without really studying the pictures. and the square piece that all the cables plug into, I didn't see a step that showed what screws to use or when to actually install it, i did see it added in the pics so I added it in with the wood screws provided. I used a drill to assemble it all and I had it done in 2.5 hours. It seems to work well and is quiet. I contacted support and they did verify this was a reversible design. I did a right-side return but i wanted the option to change that in the future if i changed my office around. It isnt the sturdiest desk but it also is a fraction of the cost of other standing desks. For the price I am very happy. Shipping was fast, it all came in one box. I will update again in the future after using it for a while. ... show more

This company has great customer service. The desk and stand did come in two different boxes. I was a little worried when I only received the stand so I went on Amazon and reached out to the seller "FEZIBO" I received a response the next morning letting me know the shipment was in 2 different boxes and they provided me with a tracking number for the 2nd box. The desk arrived the next day. FEZIBO took the time to reach out again to make sure I received my shipment and that everything was good to go. By the time I noticed the response in Amazon I had already put the desk together and it is working as expected. Assemble is not hard it's just a lot of steps if you follow the directions you will have no problems it just takes time. ... show more

First, I'm not a fan of how reviews for completely separate products can show up under a different product, so I've put the product in my headline. This desk is nice, but here are some things to consider before buying. Things that I would have discovered if I were to have gone into a real store to test the product out. These things are all seen in the photos, but you may not realize they could be an issue. First thing to consider is the height. Think about how your current desk is and how you sit with your chair. For me, I previously had my chair situated so that the arms would barely slide under the desk. With this desk, you have to account for the 4-5 inches of drawers on the underside. An oversight on my part. I now have to have the desk a little higher than my liking. I'm considering just removing the under-side drawers. We'll see. Second thing to consider, and this is actually something that should have been considered when designing the desk, is how you will be facing. But still, regardless, this will most likely be an issue no matter what. The rightmost leg of the desk interferes with my rolling chair. It's in the way and I'm constantly bumping into it when I try to scoot up. I like this desk, but I'm not in love with it yet. The issues I have are just different enough from what I'm used to, and I'm hoping that will pass. But, aside from those two things, the motors are nice and smooth. Feels solid. The height, when maxed out, is perfect for me to stand. I'm 6'1". Putting it together was fine for just me. You may want a second person to help you flip it over as it'll try and bend and twist on you, but I did it on my own without any issues. Putting it together was simple too. Directions clear. I have no words to describe how beautiful this desk is. The pink carbon fiber look is so unique, and the pink shade is just perfect. There was a little hiccup after ordering, I received the motorized legs first without the desk top. A quick message to customer service solved that, they replied in less than 24 hours, and two days later I received the pink parts for the desk. Instructions were easy to follow, and my husband had this put together in no time. Some advice: make sure you decide which orientation you want BEFORE you start putting together the base as one side is slightly longer than the other. The only reason why I am not giving this a 5 star review is because there was some color fading on the edges of the boards, and the LED lights were dead on arrival.
