The square is dean on right out of the box. Everything is perfect. My only complaint is with the blow molded insert parts holder. I doubt that it will hold up for years. We will see.

    • Product is fine . Packaging the worse ever
I order it twice . First time the package was open and the product was exposed . Second time the package was a single carton box with no cushion inside so the systeiner was Brocken and all the parts were all over and all beat up

Regarding some comments above. Definitely needs to be calibrated out of the box. It was about 1/16th” off over 5 feet. There was a little play at the indexing detent but that was also fixed after I calibrated using those 2 screws Now it’s dead accurate over 110” and there’s no more play. Loving it!

Opened the systainer and there was dirt in the sustainer. There was black grease on everything, The items in the systainer were just thrown in the box. If you know Festool, you would never receive anything like this as they are over the top in quality. The track saw rail guide connectors was missing 2 screws.     • Not what I expected
My first thought on the Angle Stop is that it takes too long to set up. I had to do a lot of measurements to get a straight cut. And it was still off after cutting it. I'm doing basic 101 measurements. I measured from the end of the stock to the edge of the rail at each side. I also used a 26” Woodpecker Precision Square for accuracy. Everything is well made however it was not calibrated square out of box. No instructions on how to. Finally figured out but expect more when paying in Festool dollars

    • Ball and detent has too much play.
First off, I am a big fan of Festool and have quite a few of their tools. I was excited about this one, but unfortunately the amount of play between the ball and indexing detent is excessive and does not allow for accurate angles.
