This is a very useful and inexpensive tool to help with racking wine from a gallon carboy. Simple design that work perfectly. Two quick pumps and it will empty a gallon carboy in a few second and leaving the lees at the bottom.

When you're doing small batches, this works out great. It's the perfect size for one gallon jugs. It works very well in 2 gallon fermenters as you transfer into 1 gallon jugs. Great size. Durable. Easy to clean maintain.

First and foremost, the siphon's ease of use is worth highlighting. The auto-siphon mechanism works flawlessly, requiring just a few pumps to start the flow which is the perfect speed, not to fast. It eliminates the need for manual siphoning, which can be messy and inconsistent. The included 3ft food-grade vinyl hose is flexible yet durable, allowing for smooth and uninterrupted liquid transfer. and it gets every last drop, the hose and the syfion fits perfectly. When it comes to cleaning, this siphon shines. Its clear plastic construction makes it easy to spot any residue, and it’s incredibly simple to clean with a big pipe cleaning brush, in this kit the brush is not included but I will provide a picture of which one you need.
