Bought this chair as a replacement for my old one. It’s was used daily and was good for the first week or so. Then each time it was sat on you could hear plastic cracking. Can’t tell what exactly was cracking but the chair leans forward now. For the price I would expect it to last more than 2 months. Don’t waste your money! Edited to add: the hydraulic that moves the chair up and down has also stopped working. And the cracking we have now found was not plastic but whatever the seat base is made out of. It’s very thin, particle board like. At this point would give zero stars if I could. Edit: after some back and forth with the company (explaining what was wrong, sending pictures of the damage etc) they sent us a new chair! This one has been great! We have had it for about a month with zero issues. Between the customer service provided and the new chair itself I would now recommend this chair. ... show more

I needed one for my gaming setup that didn’t break the bank. Compared to competitors at this price range, this one has the features I was looking for. Definitely could be more comfortable. One thing to note is it’s fairly small. I’m a skinny man and fit comfortable however a larger person might find this chair too narrow. I loved the chair until the base went from sturdy to wobbly. I can't still for long and this chair couldn't handle the excess movement I guess. One day I leaned back to pop my back like I did on several occasions and it tipped winding me on the floor in the chair with the base still sitting with all wheels on the ground. Once I was able to get out of the chair and get on my feet the chair wouldn't sit up right again and the 2 month battle since it has now formed into a stool that moves around like I am on an exercise ball. Considering I found $40 chairs that hold up for yrs this one just really seems overpriced at $200 and I couldn't even use it 1 full yr ... show more

This is my four (4) month review, I bought this chair to replace my old office chair that I used for gaming. First the good; The instructions for assembly were straight forward with pictures it took me about fifteen(15) minutes to put it together The mechanisms for the tilt and hight adjustment are robust enough for a confident actuation. The additional non-vibrating lumbar pad provides enough support for long gaming sessions. Now the bad; The arm rest are short and uncomfortable to use. The mounting hardware doesn't stay tight so the arm rest become loose and wobbly I recommend using loctite on the bolts or not installing the armrest altogether. The wheels are decent enough but I'd recommend testing the height of the chair where you're going to use it before installing the wheels, for me the wheels make the chair just a little too high for my desk. My biggest nitpick is the phone in the base of the chair is cheap and wears out relatively quickly. The biggest disappointment is the vibrating lumbar pad just a rumble pack with a preset vibration pulse pattern I could be a little more robust. I recommend using the standard lumbar pad as it is more comfortable than the vibrating pad. My final conclusion is the chair is decent for the price you pay but it's not a chair that is going to wow you with quality for price. ... show more

I got this chair in hopes to get a nice gaming chair that has some relaxation options. I spend a lot of time in my chair, so I wanted to get a good one. It was pretty easy to put together. Total time was less than 10 minutes. It came with a large and really easy to understand instructional poster. All in all pretty much anyone who can read can put this together. So I only really have two issues with it. These issues are not enough to reduce its star level though. It's just minor gripes more than issues. The first one is that if you're more than 5'11 and over 220 lbs then don't get this chair. I'm exactly 5'11 and 200 lbs so I can sit on this chair without issue but any more than that and you'll have problems with being too large and issues being able to balance yourself with the reclining options. The second issue is that the massage option is WEAK. It runs using a comically short USB and has very little power to massage anything. It just gives a weak vibration akin to an electric toothbrush or battery powered adult toy. If you want a massage option, get a seperate one to lay on top of the chair. For sure buy this if you want a sturdy reclining gaming chair, but skip it if you're a larger person or if you want more than a tickle of a massage. ... show more
