For this bed I ran into a few problems. The shipping came much later then estimated. My bed went out for delivery saying delivering today three total times before I actually got it. When I received the box it look like it had been untapped and tapped back up. I opened the bed to assemble and there were all the parts but no screws. The company took one month to send me the screws after I already had the bed. The good thing is they communicated with me and updated me. The company gave me $20 refund for the inconvenience. When I got the screws I noticed the part where the screw supposed to go in was beat up on multiple holes. I had to fix it by beating it in place the best I can or the bed wouldn’t of got assembled. Overall it looks good in my space. The metal railings looks sturdy. Glad I was finally able to put it together and make use of it. ... show more
