Got this for my daughter in K this year. I liked it because it said durable and had a sleeve for laptop to fit nicely. We ordered it the 2nd or 3rd week of school fall 2022. The price was nice. Sad to say it only lasted a few months before the part where you hang it up broke. It broke the week of Thanksgiving break. If I could, I would give this backpack 10 stars. Not only is it an excellent backpack, but the customer service is also unbelievable. We loved the first backpack we purchased, but unfortunately one of the zippers was sticking so it was difficult to open and close. I communicated with Fenrici through Amazon and the very next day we received a brand new backpack. Needless to say, I was shocked and very happy.
