You can start the wrap from the bottom of your torso or the top. You can make it as tight or loose as you want and it still does the job. Absolutely amazing product. Better than any other trainer/shaper I’ve purchased. Hides very well under clothes and really sucks in my stomach. Just make sure if you’re wearing tight clothing you position the elastic in a way to not show.
