For some reason none of the solvent sprayers we have come with these caps. The included caps require a wrench to loosen and tighten. With these caps you can use your fingers when refilling the sprayer so they are very convenient to have. We purchase these for every sprayer we have and keep a couple of spares in case someone drops their sprayer. ... show more

I'm not sure why shure shot and Vaper sell their spray cans with a non-threaded valve on them. Everyone I know prefers the threaded valve. Everyone. Maybe there is someone out there who like the non threaded version and wants to have to hold the chuck on their with one hand, and hold the can with the other, and somehow feel like it's better than just using a clip on style that helps you hold it on there. I'm grateful that someone came up with the threaded upgrade for spay cans. This is a perfect upgrade for all major can types and I highly recommend it. ... show more

I had bought a Maddox spray can from Harbor Freight since it was a good way to apply de-greaser for auto-body prep. This simple cap has taken that spray can for good to great, simply because I no longer need to go grab a wrench when I need to refill it. The cap fits perfectly, threads in smoothly and seals up tight with just a little twist with one hand. I hated that my sprayer had the cap that I had to use a wrench or pliers on to fill. This makes it so much easier to remove the cap, fill, and pressurize the can. Again, this does solve a problem and the can should have been equipped like this in the first place. A good value.
