  • Gone with the wind
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
Took about 4 hours to assemble with 2 people few kids running around and a puppy. Was very excited to have it and it looked amazing. Had it set up in the corner of our yard by our privacy fence. Had it up for one day. Slightly windy last night, not rough winds. Figured it would be fine since it was anchored into the ground. It was on its side up against the fence broken and bent in a ton of places in the morning. I recommend buying much better stakes than the ones it comes with. ... show more

  • Cheap, flimsy waste of money
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
I was looking for a privacy enclosure for my outdoor spa and thought this would work well. There is nothing good about this unless you are looking for a cheap way to lose your mind. Instructions included make about as much sense as using an air conditioner in an igloo. No possible way to clearly understand unless you watch the YouTube video. It easily requires two men and a boy, plus a circus contortionist to put together. Be prepared to learn a whole new set of cuss words and keep those paper instructions handy to wipe away the tears and blow your nose with! Two hours later, it's finally assembled. And be prepared, once you get it in place to have to go back through it and retighten every single stinking nut because the slightest breeze loosens them. Next step: Securely anchored in with bigger pegs I'd purchased, since I'm uber worried about the cheap little pegs that are supposed to keep the legs in the ground. I've seen bigger pegs on pup tents, people, and this thing is a monster. I place it to where it covers the hot tub spa on the back patio and it is shielded on two sides by my house. Upon completion, install, placement, anchoring, re-tightening all 6,286 million nuts, I look at it and think, "Not so bad!" A week later, along comes a thunderstorm. When I went outside the next afternoon, I saw the fruits of my labor, along with all the new cuss words I'd learned were in vain. The canopy looked like it got scared during the storm and either tried to run away or lay down. The front legs on the unsheltered by the house side were bent and leaning at a slant. (Good thing I didn't trust those little anchor pegs or you might have seen reports of a UFO flying over Missouri.) Gathered the troops to come help, managed to unbend the legs, learned more new words, retightened all bolts (at this point I'm ready to call in a welder for these self-loosening bolts!), got the canopy back up. There were still some bends on the legs and frame, but it's standing. A normal part of maintenance for this behemoth is keeping a pair of pliers handy. I cannot tell you how many times I had to tighten bolts or put one of the top bars back up because, once again, the nut loosened. Fortunately they usually ended up on top of the spa cover so I didn't have to organize a search party. So here we are, less than a year after assembly and placement. We get snow--2". I came out the morning after to find the entire roof has collapsed. Why, you ask? In part because the nuts keep loosening on the support bars. Of course when trying to disassemble it to throw it in the trash, those wonderful self-loosening nuts hold on tighter than a crocodile hanging onto it's dinner. So, again, if you're looking to learn a whole new language and really like those white jackets with straps that let you hug yourself very tightly, or if you're wanting to train for welding, this is a great way to do it all. If not, walk away and do not let this product make eye contact with your wallet! ... show more

  • Impressed! (with update on fabric replacement)
Color: Brown Size: 10'x10'
This is one well thought out and engineered design. Assembly by one person is doable if there's zero wind but it really requires two. There's over 50 hex-head bolts with nuts to assemble - please, for your own sanity, don't use the included Allen key - get a power screwdriver and hex head set. The included wrench is fine for holding the nuts in place while tightening the screws however. The complaints about getting the top cap fabric on are valid - it's tight. Use a wide flat-head screwdriver to shoe-horn the last corner on. The material is quite nice, waterproofed, and the zippers are well sewn. Packaging was a bit weak as the box was all tore up but the contents were all there and in good shape. This gazebo shrugged off 55 mph sustained winds and 75 mph gusts with zero damage. A couple nuts came loose on trusses and for that I dock a star - if this kit came with nylon lock nuts it would really be perfect. Update: The gazebo fabric finally succumbed to Colorado wind and sun after 15 months (we kept it on year-round). As many others have discovered, finding replacement fabric for this gazebo isn't easy. The closest I could find was "Metz Replacement Canopy by Arlmont & Co." The bottom tier is a perfect match, 116" x 116" with pockets in all the right places. The top tier is only 32" x 32" however, not 34" square like the original. You'll have to hacksaw 1/2" off each of the upper tier arms to get the top fabric to fit. Don't expect miracles with this replacement fabric - it's similar or even less quality than the original. If I get another year out of it, I'll be happy with my $65 investment. ... show more

  • Love it
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
I love my gazebo, top it off I got it early it was supposed to come Tuesday I woke up and it was waiting on me on the front porch. I love how spacious, and relaxing it is when I set in it, easy to put up. We'll worth the money and it fit my pocket where I could afford it..

  • Terrible product
Color: Brown Size: 10'x10'
Very disappointed with this product, the canopy was ripped during a storm and the frame was bent (wind & rain). We could fix the frame however there are no canopy’s that can be purchased as a replacement. I will not spend another 240.00 for another one of these. I will purchase a new one that allows replacement parts to be sold. Such a rip off!!! I will never recommend this to anyone. ... show more

  • Get What You Pay For
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
This looks nice and was pretty easy to assemble. It was also delivered days before I was expecting. 👍🏻 The problems I had was as follows: Two of the brackets on top of the uprights were bent, (easily fixed because the metal is thin) and one of the brackets was not welded in the correct position which I tried to bend into place, but could only get the bolt through one side of the bracket. One upright was dented. We had our 1st rain yesterday and it leaked even after spraying both sides with scotchguard as suggested in another review. I’ll continue to work to resolve the leaking, but at the end of the day, I wish I would’ve chosen another product. ... show more
