A wonderful experience with the LAVRA home laser device .. my partner using this device for about two months. good for use on light-skinned with dark hair. This device works amazingly in reducing the density of body hair. legs, and only in a short period of time she got rid of the problem of chicken skin full of laser flashes. will complete the sessions to completely get rid of all unwanted hair , it comes with eye protection glasses and a three blade razor. LVARA Permanent Laser Hair Removal Device is painless of course. I didn't know what to expect exactly using something like this for the first time but it actually worked. Now, it is not a speedy process and is going to take some time. But less hair to shave is always a plus.

    • So far so good! Remember though, you need hair with some color for it to work!
I haven't yet used this for the 8 consecutive weeks it says are necessary to see full results. The instructions recommended not to use when breastfeeding so I didn't start using it when I thought I would be able to. It comes with everything needed to use it and clear instructions nicely packed. You do need to have hair with color to it for this to work, so before ordering, be sure you can use this. If the hair you'd like to remove is white/lt grey or blonde it may not work for you. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as how it would feel. It is warm and that initially startled me with the sound it made but I think that was just the result of my nerves as it really only had that impact the first time I used it. Sometimes it is easy to inadvertantly switch between the manual and automatic mode but the safety features keep it from flashing when not in contact with skin. It's so nice to be able to do a treatment like this from the comfort of my home at times that I can squeeze it in. ... show more

I was very hesitant with the purchase and also with the usage. Don't ask me why. Maybe because I was afraid handling this type of device. I put probably more meaning to it than I should. Nevertheless I still recommend reading the manual and the safety precautions. The flashing light treatment doesn't hurt at all. I love the fact that the device only works when it is in contact with the skin. If you are not sure how to use it, check the videos online - there a couple, which shows how to use it the proper way. First - it does not hurt at all! I know that was my first question. You should read the instructions really well before you use this to be safe. I also watched a few videos before I started. You basically make sure the area is clean and shaved, follow the instructions on how to operate this and at what level of intensity, place on the area and press the button while wearing the glasses provided. You'll see a really bright flash. On the skin it feels like a rubber band snap. You follow the instructions on the frequency you should do this. I haven't completed the entire full amount of weeks but I can see the hair coming in thinner already. I'm excited to keep using this! ... show more

This product does work. Just make sure to read the instructions! You're supposed to shave before treatments, and the hair will gradually stop growing in the treated areas! This happens faster if you have darker hair as well! It's a good product overall, it works and it painless too. Give it a try but be patient!! ... show more
