I got a pretty normal sized head so I bought a medium helmet. This thing fit snug, came with an anti fog strip (gotta manually apply), a tinted lense, and a clear lense. Good stuff. Also has two adjustable vents: one for the mouth area and one on top. Was going home from work at night on my ebike (about 35mph) and couldn't stop in time when I saw a homeless guy laying dead smack in the middle of the road- no street lights so it was dark. I flew and tumbled pretty hard, but this helmet definitely saved me big time. Good helmet. Wish I could get a new one but for now I'll thug it out with this one haha. ... show more

The helmet is a good fit for stated size. Used this one day at the race track with on and off frequency the clip holding the strap closed during use broke. Still a good price, but will need to add a different style closure to it to be able to continue to use it.
