  • Fell Apart Immediately, Fat Brain Refused to Exchange
Style: Dimpl
I purchased this on October 22nd. My 10 month old played with it for a couple of weeks and I noticed the white casing split open. I contacted Fat Brain for an Exchange (I was a couple of days past the return/exchange window), and they refused. They suggested I instead purchase another Dimple - I guess they don't stand behind their products. We have purchased several Fat Brain Toys over the years, but this was our last. If Fat Brain won't even exchange a $10 item, how can I expect them to stand behind their other toys? This item probably cost Fat Brain less than $5 to manufacture and distribute. Hope it was worth it to lose a customer who was about to spend a few hundred dollars on your website for Christmas. ... show more

  • Warping and coming apart at seams
Style: Dimpl
My baby and older kids love this, as do I, but it is warping and separating at the seams not even a month after I purchased it.

  • Choking hazard!
Style: Dimpl
I wanted this to be awesome. It wasn’t a very big hit with my one year old. She had it for a few weeks and it was just kicking around before she showed any interest. Meanwhile the silicone attracts dust and dirt more than the average toy. Then tonight my daughter handed it to me and it was split apart at the seam. Thank god I looked at it because the little silicone cups just fall out once the case is split and the smaller ones are definitely a choking hazard. I don’t recall seeing it even getting dropped so I’m not sure why it’s split but now it’s destined for the garbage. ... show more

  • Broken in Less than 1 Month
Style: Dimpl
My daughter loves this toy! Unfortunately it came apart in less than 1 month. I reached out to the manufacturer directly as it appears to be a manufacturer defect. They will not replace it and have instructed me to reach out to Amazon. Update: Amazon was fantastic in issuing a fast refund!

  • Perfect toy for a traveling 15 month old
Style: Dimpl
I bought this toy for a long-haul plane ride (12 hours) with a 15 month old child. It was the perfect toy as there were no parts to lose, and she loved it! It was just challenging enough to keep her occupied for small chunks of time. When we arrived at our destination, she continued to play with it. It's great for restaurants and at home. Once she pushed all the "dimples" through to one side, she would turn it over and start again. It's also small enough to pop into a pocket or bag for transport. Excellent toy! ... show more

  • Everyone loves this thing
Style: Dimpl
I bought this as a fidget for my 10 year old with autism. He loves it!! He plays with it all the time. Anyone who picks it up loves it. It’s interesting and relaxing!! Has held up to his very rigorous play for a few months now-which is impressive :)

  • What does it all MEAN?
Style: Dimpl
I watched my eleven-month-old daughter play intently with this toy, pushing the bubbles in rapid succession, flipping it around, and pushing them all again. Faster and faster, each time, pop pop pop, still the bubbles remained. A plaintive wail began to emit from my daughter's heart, a primal cry of frustration and angst. She didn't stop popping, flipping, and popping again, until the cry grew into a shriek. Finally she cast the toy to the floor, shaking her hands in dismay at the utter pointlessness of it all. What was it all for? Why do we struggle so? Is life naught but eternal toil? Are all tasks rote, any labor unfulfilling, as an infinite number of bubbles remain regardless of effort? 5/5 would give baby existential crisis again. ... show more

  • Way more interesting than it looks!
Style: Dimpl Duo
I am a speech therapist who works with 3-5 year olds with autism. This is a well made toy and it is appealing to all of them. It is a good fidget as it is mostly quiet. It attracts their interest and holds it for long enough to slip in some therapy! Even my higher level children played with it for longer than I would have expected. I would highly recommend this toy for children with and without disabilities, in the up to 5 year old age range. ... show more
