The bed is gorgeous and is so study. Love that there are 4 drawers and 4 cubby spots on the sides,has 2 cabnets that are like hidden compartments on the head board , makes for quick easy storage. The price was good for the quality of the bed frame. It is easy to assemble BUT it did take hours to put together bc there are a lot of pieces that go into this frame making it sturdy, so it's best to put it together on a weekend or when you have time to put into it. Performance is so good it is so sturdy and I have two teens you just jump and plop down on my bed and it has held up and doesn't make and noises when getting into and out of bed. The LEDs make for a good nightlight and just set a relaxing tone to the room when you just need to whine down for the day or just want to relax and read. Took us about 4 hours to get it together but that's a small thing to worry about for such a amazing bed. ... show more

Sturdy and lots of storage. Assembly did take quite a bit of time and definitely needs two people. Make sure you take inventory and inspect of all the parts (there will be 2 boxes) and follow the instructions in order. I read that some people had some difficulties when it came to the slats *hint* push down on the curved slat itself (til almost flat) to get the plastic part to line up with the holes then use a hammer to drive them in.     • Great Bed Storage Bedframe. Takes Many Hours to Assemble.

Bought the King size for our bedroom. It is a great frame, very sturdy, and no squeeking or noise as advertised. The only downside is it took my girlfriend and I like 17 hours spread over two days to build. It's a TON of parts and over 50 pages of instructions. The two boxes it arrives in are very heavy too so be prepared to have help lifting and assembling. Unless you start early in the morning, you may not be sleeping on it the same night. Once built though it is fantastic. Looks great and feels great. I am knocking 1 star because the hinged doors on the headboard didn't have very well aligned holes drilled so one of the hinges snapped when closing, I had to make new holes for the remaining hinges to not break in the same way. It still works with 3 out of the 4 hinges but I'd love to have my broken hinge replaced. Also once again, be aware that putting the king size together is a BIG time commitment. ... show more

I hardly ever right reviews on products. B it I’m so over frustrated and so done with it. For starters it’s not even real wood. It’s like some mushed and compressed wood shavings wrapped in a wood like paper-glued-on wrap. While trying to follow the very confusing instructions some of the “wood” shattered or ripped right through. Some of the screws were too long so I had to cut them down to make them work. This took so much time and at the end to attach the headboard to the base none of the wholes matched up and waisted even more time. I had to buy and borrow one of my neighbors tools to correct the problem. That was a mistake and shattered the wood more. Over all it look beautiful in camera for product but not worth the quality especially the metal/physical time it took to build. I’d never buy this again nor suggest it to anyone. The bed frame looks fantastic in my bedroom. The headboard with LED lights and a charging station is a functional addition and space saver. With the storages headboard, I don't really need nightstands. However, be prepared for an assembly process that feels like building a Lego set—there are many parts, and it took me a full day to put it together. Make sure to spare plenty of time for this. Once assembled, the bed has a few squeaks. The material quality doesn't feel like solid wood and is definitely not as sturdy or durable as I expected. Additionally, the 13 horizontal slats have about 4-inch gaps between them, which is more than recommended for a "no box spring needed" setup (ideal gap should not more than 2.5-3 inches). My mattress warranty requires slats no more than 2.75 inches apart, so have to find new slats to ensure proper support. Overall, while the bed looks great and offers good storage options, the assembly time, slat spacing issues, and material quality are worth considering. ... show more

The bed had quick delivery and was intact when arrived. It took almost all day to assemble but was pretty worth it. There is little to no squeaking and it has lots of storage. Alot of work to put it together. Directions were easy to follow for the most part. Wood Dowels, cams, and some screws. It was a little challenging as we needed a little more free floor space.
