I received the fireplace very quickly. It came in 2 separate boxes. One the heater and the other was the wood, glass and all parts. They both came on the same day. The box that had the wood in it was extremely heavy and took myself and a friend to carry it in the house. I am a woman in her 50's so a strong person could probably do it on there own. The instructions were pretty easy, but man there are alot of parts, but all parts were there. The wood on this fireplace is heavy and good quality, not the cheap wood. It took about 4ish hours to put together, and is absolutely gorgeous! I love it, the fireplace lights up what ever color you choose (7 differeny colors) in the cabinet in addition to the color you choose for the fire as you can see in the picture I had it on purple. You are also able to choose how warm you want the room the heat putout is great. The other nice feature is you can choose the temperature and it automatically comes on and off to ensure the room stays at that temperature. It has pretty good storage there is 2 drawers to hold thing such as the remote it comes with and any other things you need but don't want everyone to see. The glass cabinets are a great place to put cute knickers, videos ect.... it defiently is well made enough to put a big T.V on it if that is what your wanting to do. I have to day i am always nervous about buying things online, you just never know what your going to get and if it is Good quality. I can't say enough about how beautiful and good quality this fireplace is. I would highly recommend it. ... show more

This cabinet heats the room it’s in plus the next room exceptionally well. The lighting is beautiful, from the back and flame colors to the cabinet lights. It looks great in the room and adds sophistication. The value is great, it took a long time to put together. Overall a fantastic purchase.

Was this piece a lengthy one to put together, yes. But the directions were clear, just a lot of pieces. But it came together beautifully! It’s exactly as pictured and a perfect addition to my living room. It says clearly on one of the product pix that it will come in two separate packages. But only one tracking number was on order, so it did cause some worry when it was marked as “delivered” with only one box on my doorstep. But second one came the next day, and a response came fairly prompt when I had sent a message to the seller about other tracking. Don’t hesitate buying though! Worth the money! Looks great and heater works good! Even on lowest light dim settings, side led lights in cabinet are still a bit bright. But if it bothers you, it’s easy to just detach those and allow the mood of lights on fireplace set the tone of room on its own. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant to purchase but since it was $1300 cheaper than the one we were looking at from the furniture store I figured why not… save the money put it together ourselves, hubby did 99.99% alone I helped when needed, Plus having to replace everything we own due to loosing everything from hurricane Helene. The instructions are easy to follow. There are a lot of parts but if you go slow and pay attention to detail you won’t have to go back and make a correction. It took us around 6 hours to put together and that’s with a baby chasing us around. This does come in two boxes and arrives separately. That being said we only got one tracking from FedEx and neither of the boxes were delivered by FedEx. It has everything you need except the screwdriver which we used several different ones based on the location. Be sure to use the wood glue where the wood dowels are as that isn’t included along the way and can easily be missed. Like I said pay attention to details. We did not open the fireplace box until we got to that step. Unfortunately the box was damaged on the outside which resulted in the fireplace being damaged. Big dent in the top and front which can been seen once put together. I did reach out to the seller and depending on how they handle this issue I will adjust the stars up or down based on their customer service. Once put together this is the perfect piece. It matches our new couch in our new home perfectly even better and slightly larger than the one from the Ashley furniture that we almost purchased. The functionality has lots of variations to choose from. The heat can be used which is super quick to heat up or you can turn it off. If you have little ones be careful as the area is hot to the touch when you use the fireplace. The lights and different color options are really cool and will help the ambiance in your room as well as heating it quickly for your best comfort. The piece is solid and sturdy but not huge and bulky. Definitely recommend!! ... show more
