I recently purchased this at-home sauna, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. From the moment I unpacked it, I was impressed by the high-quality Natural Canadian Hemlock wood construction. Not only does it look beautiful, but it also serves as an excellent heat insulator. The tempered glass adds a reliable longevity. The far infrared spa benefits are simply amazing. I've noticed a significant improvement and its also helped alleviate some joint pain and muscle soreness. The entertainment system is equipped with two good quality speakers, allowing me to relax with my favorite music or shows while enjoying the sauna. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and hassle-free. I even connected it to my TV which I view through the front window to get sports and news audio into the sauna (smart design). What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The support team was incredibly responsive and courteous throughout the entire process. They provided clear instructions for next steps and were always available to answer any questions I had. Plus, their 7-year after-sales service gives me peace of mind knowing I'm covered for years to come. The sauna's design is compact and efficient, making it perfect for any space. The 800W infrared carbon heating panels are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, providing consistent and adjustable heat. The automatic temperature adjustment and control system ensure a comfortable and customizable experience every time. And it feels much larger than it looks from the outside -- thanks to the front window and full panel glass door. Another benefit is that it heats up quickly too. in a 65 degree space, It got to 140 degrees in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this at-home sauna to anyone looking for a high-quality, easy-to-use, efficient, space-saving and effective sauna experience. My mini sauna arrived 2 days ahead of schedule in 2 boxes by fed x … each box was brought down my driveway by one guy with a hand truck. I asked him to leave them on my sidewalk…I unboxed outside and took each panel into the house. They were delivered at 1:00 pm, by 2:30, I was sitting in my new sauna at 140 F. Super easy to put together and it gets hot really fast…20 minutes. This carbon fiber sauna is so much better than a ceramic heater sauna I had 10 years ago. I’m 5’3 and fit in it nice and cozy! Husband is 5’11…he can get in, but not much room to move. It’s only 800 watts, and because it’s so small, it heats up really fast and doesn’t use as much electricity as compared to much higher wattage saunas. I was totally drenched after 20 minutes, I sit on towel and feet on small towel. One great unique feature of this sauna is the carbon heater that is in front of you ….. so all of you gets exposed without any need to turn or shift. I added one near infrared red light (chicken light) to get more infrared spectrum…I had a flat extension cord that fit under the glass door, so I didn’t have to drill any holes, and clamped the chicken light to little ledge by the door. This product is great, easy to assemble. Have it for about 3 weeks now. Shipment was quick, I was unhappy with a crack to the wood. The companies customer service was great prompt on their response. They were able to provide me a replacement part quickly. Not only does it look great, the heat retention holds up to what’s marketed by the seller. Don’t question the purchase, just get it!! The media could not be loaded. Easiest Setup EVER! My husband had this set up within 15mins and was using by 30mins. The lighting is perfect, the fit is perfect, the look and smell is pure beauty, the comfort it gives is worth every penny. Heat retention is on point. I bought this for my husband once he returned from Finland, he has used it every day since. The Bluetooth works great! Sound quality is perfect. I purchased this a few weeks ago and have had about 8 uses so far. I have thus far been pleasantly surprised with this product. It arrived a few days early and honestly took 10-15 minutes to assemble by myself. Looking at the dimensions online and than seeing it I person it is shorter than I expected, but am happy I got the wider option. I am 6’2 and 220lbs so getting in I have to bend over, but once I am in I have plenty of room. The Bluetooth is great and works well with my iPhone. My sessions have been 35 minutes where I get it up to 135 degrees. The last 10-12 minutes gets toasty. No complaints about temperature or length of time it takes. The only thing I wish it had was a beep at the end of your session. Highly recommend this product. ... show more

Perfect size for my covered patio outdoors. Does not take up too much space and fits the vibe of my yard very well. Customer service was extremely great - set up was a breeze. I did it myself, only needed one persons help to screw on the heating plate from the outside. Looks modern and very well constructed, hoping this will last for years. Tried it for the first time last week and it didn’t take long for it to heat up and for me to break a sweat. The light is very comfortable and soothing but I elected to turn the lights off as my yard has other led night lights already. Very peaceful and heats up well, Bluetooth is a nice touch as I just left my phone outside and listened to a movie while I was in the sauna. Overall, very extremely pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend this company and this sauna if your looking for a sauna that takes up little to no footprint. *** I decided to put this outdoors but fully covered under a pergola with no potential water leakage even with rain anywhere - if you decide to put this outdoors pls make sure it is fully covered and no moisture can reach the unit or its power outlet. ... show more
