    • Great tool, bad bits - With Edit
Handy to have around for smaller tasks and tight spaces. The battery lasts, and the tool has a bit more torque than I expected. The product design and how it all integrates and closes up together is brilliant. The bits suck though. I used it to remove a cabinet handle. Removed the screws with plenty of power. Being under a sink though, it was a tight squeeze for one if them, and the screw cammed out, for lack of pressure. And that's fine and normal, but the bit is all chewed up now. I can use different bits, but half the beauty of the product is how it's so neatly self contained. I will look for replacement bits that will fit inside, but it's an extra charge and task I hadn't anticipated. If this is bothersome to you, check out the Vessel powered screwdriver, which was my personal contender to the fanttik. Edit: I have increased my rating to 5 stars. Fanttik reached out to me on their own accord, and offered a refund. They explicitly said I didn't have to change my review or rating but I am. I suspect that perhaps I just received a bad set of bits, and that's by far the most proactive customer service I've ever seen. We use a smaller version of these at work for small boards and repairs, and that's where I got the idea to buy a larger version. I was very impressed with driver kit. All aluminum and beautifully made. Smooth operating, quiet and powerful. Best hand held drive I have ever had (had many). If it holds up as it apparent quality would suggest I will be thrilled with the purchase. There was a small issue and their customer service was very responsive and solved the problem very quickly.     • Good screwdriver in a beautiful package
I bought this thing on a whim after getting the micro driver for working on small electronics. After having used it for remodeling a small kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom I can say that for the most part it is really nice. The box with the click to release (via magnets on bottom) is really smooth and nice. The driver has plenty of charge capacity and reasonable torque. It is not a drill so don't expect to be able to drive deck screws with it (though it comes close to being able to on setting 3). There are a few things after having used it for this job that I would like to address. It is nearly perfectly round. Sometimes that actually makes it hard to handle and when you put it down it has a tendency to roll... like off a shelf. I can tell you that so far it's not dented from small drops, but I can imagine if the driver or case interior or exterior were dinged, it might not go back together. Also, because the buttons (in and out) are small and smooth it is hard to find them by feel alone. This made for some frustrating moments trying to screw something in whilst holding the object and the driver. Sometimes I even accidentally triggered the driver when I didn't intend/want to and that led to some frustration. I think the button size/positioning and shape of the driver could use a little work is the point. Overall, I really like this thing and it works well, just a few UI/UX tweaks and it would be amazing. ... show more

Got this for working on my RCs as I have bad wrists, this thing is perfect! Got some bits for my RC that slip right in and for great, the bits that come with it are really nice and held in magnetically! Battery life is really good, been using it on the low setting and I haven't had to charge it! It's portable, small enough to toss in my work bag and take in the field with me or in my RC tool box. The metal case is super nice and proving to be very durable. The speed of this thing is great too, it doesn't just ram the screws in and when you get it close to snug you can use it manually so as to not blow out threads in plastic or drywall! 10/10 ... show more
