UPDATE: I was wrong, there was contact information for them in the box. I found it after I left my review. I contacted them and they got back to me right away and immediately shipped out replacements for the pieces I wasn't happy with. GREAT customer service!!! This tea set is so beautiful. I would have really loved it if it hadn't come broken. I tried to find someone to reach out to to replace the broken cups, but there is nowhere to reach out to the seller. Amazon wants me to return the whole set, but I do not have a car and do not have a way to return it. What a bummer. ... show more

Only 4 stars though because one of the cups came broken. So beautiful though I wish I could contact seller and get the one cup that was broken replaced. Also doesn't come with the rack for storage.
