Two of the chairs don't have all of the pieces, what am I supposed to do about this? They don't have the back rest. Didn't notice it until I was almost finished putting it together. What is the resolution?

I order alot from amazon, l am very disappointed with this product the chairs were incorrectly manufactured. Therefore you can not secure the cushions onto the chairs. I would not buy this product again and l suggest that no else did as well. Very unsafe.
